Northwest Flight 188 from SAN to MSP arrived over an hour late on Wednesday after the pilots overflew the airport by more than 150 miles without communicating with air traffic control.

According to the NTSB, the pilots were “in a heated discussion over airline policy” and “lost situational awareness" when they overflew the airport.
